  • I hold Accredited Supervisor status with the BACP, the UK’s largest counselling accreditation body. Supervisor Accreditation requires meeting higher standards for supervising and supporting practitioners and automatically means I am also an Accredited Counsellor.

    ● Discussing some background and how life is currently

    ● Setting goals for therapy and agreeing how we’ll measure progress

    ● Considering whether we are a good fit and how we’ll work together

    ● Agreeing fees and payment details so you are clear and can make an informed decision

  • Please see the bottom of the About Me page. For questions about specific post-qualifying training, you can contact me directly as not everything is listed here.

  • Every person and their circumstances are different, so it is impossible to give an answer to this question before we start. Some services will limit sessions to 6 or 8. Sometimes that is enough and sometimes not. Each person is different. What I can commit to is that I will work hard to support your progress at a pace you're comfortable with and not extend counselling beyond what is helpful to you, for my own financial gain. We can agree the goals and pace of the work together and will review as we go along. There isn't really an average number, as no-one is average.

  • I am based near Canterbury, Kent, but I also work remotely via video call.

  • I am an approved practitioner for BUPA and Onebright. Policies with other providers will depend on their criteria.
